Today's Must-See
New cartoon series, three networks. Many networks have been abandoning kids' shows lately. Fortunately a few have remained strong. Premiering today are: "Fillmore," 7 a.m. on ABC. Cornelius Fillmore and his friends solve crimes at their school. Grown-ups will see this as a wonderful "Silence of the Lambs" take-off. "Tokyo Pig," 7 a.m. on ABC Family. A boy's drawings come to life. The show is too busy, but has some clever moments. Fox Saturday mornings have been turned over to the company that brought "Pokemon" to America. A sampling indicates that "Kirby" (8 a.m.) and "Fighting Foodons" (8:30 a.m.) could be especially clever. "Galidor: Defenders of the Outer Dimension," 8 a.m., ABC Family. This adventure (not a cartoon) is a well-made teens-in-space tale. Formerly on Fox, it jumps to ABC Family.
