• One Honolulu-bound lane of Kalaniana'ole Highway from the upper Makapu'u lookout to the lower Makapu'u lookout near Sea Life Park will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday for archaeological survey work for an upcoming rock scaling project. Traffic will be contra-flowed.
