Tonight's Must-See

"Miss America," 2 p.m., ABC. Wayne Brady has plenty to do these days. He has a talk show, a weekly gig on "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" — and now hosts this pageant.

"Trading Spaces" (8 and 9 p.m.) and "While You Were Out" (noon and 10 p.m.), The Learning Channel. TLC has three hours of guerrilla decorating in prime time. On "Trading Spaces," people agree to have a room redone by their neighbors or friends — often bizarrely. There will be two new episodes tonight. In "While," one spouse is lured away for the weekend while the other works with a designer.
