• Hawai'i was annexed in 1898 by a joint resolution in Congress after an annexation treaty failed. Information about the treaty was wrong in a Local News story posted Saturday because of a reporter's error.

• Kaiser Moanalua Medical Center and Tripler Army Medical Center have pediatric intensive care units. A Local News story posted Sunday was incorrect because of a source error.
