UH-Hilo grad rates best in Division II

The University of Hawai'i-Hilo athletic department scored the highest in overall graduation rate among NCAA Division II schools in the second annual USA TODAY/NCAA Academic Achievement Awards.

The study included freshmen athletes who began college in the 1995-96 academic year.
