COOK'S TIPS
Use cookies for pie crust

Crisp cookies make a great crust for ice cream or unbaked jelled pies. Combine fl cup toasted flake coconut, 18 crushed cookies and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Press into a pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool and fill.
