"The Tip of the Spear"
The 332nd's A-10 Thunderbolt II tank-killers destroyed nearly all of Iraq's tanks, smoothing the path for ground troops and eliminating one of Iraq's most lethal military assets. "Warthog,"a two-engine warplane, can maneuver at low altitudes and blast tanks with AGM Maverick missiles and a Gatling gun that can fire 3,900 rounds per minute.
