Tonight's Must-See

"Friends" (7 p.m.), "Scrubs" (7:30), "Will & Grace" (8) and "Good Morning, Miami" (8:30), NBC. On "Friends," Monica's cooking draws a big crowd at the restaurant — until Phoebe shows up with a guitar. Meanwhile, Monica can't accompany Chandler on a nonrefundable weekend getaway, so Ross takes her place. And Rachel has a steamy dream about Joey. On "Scrubs," the season finale has Ryan Reynolds ("Two Guys and a Girl") as an old college friend of J.D. and Turk. He's rich now and leads them toward a party night. On "Will & Grace" Will has a grand plan to surprise Grace on her birthday by sneaking Leo (Harry Connick Jr.) back from Africa. That plan fizzles. And on "Good Morning, Miami," the season finale creates a tangle. Gavin proposes to Dylan on the air. Flustered, she plans a dinner with Jake, who has his own motives.

Of Note

"Survivor," 7 p.m., CBS. The show pauses to recap what's happened so far and to offer some new footage.

"Avoiding Armageddon," 9 p.m., PBS. This ambitious, four-night documentary concludes with a look at what can be done about terrorism.
