• Mark Ho'omalu will be at the Hawaiian Bash on May 24 and will perform music from "Lilo & Stitch" along with students from Kamehameha Schools. Because of a reporter's error, incorrect information was given Tuesday in a Show Biz column.

• About 1,700 students attended the Student Transition Convention on Tuesday. The event was organized by the Adult Friends for Youth. A Local News story posted yesterday gave an incorrect name for the gathering and did not name the organizer.

• Roland Gella, director of Head Start programs on O'ahu, said his organization will run eight of 13 Pre-Plus preschools under a public-private partnership with the state. He also said the Salt Lake preschool opened late because of the difficulty in obtaining a state license. A Local News story posted Sunday contained other information.
