• County and state offices: Closed.

• Libraries: Closed today and Sunday (most open Saturday).

• TheBus: Expanded state holiday schedule. Information: 848-5555 or www.thebus.org.

• On-street parking: Free, except for Kalakaua Avenue metered stalls along Kapi'olani Park; holiday towaway zone parking as permitted by sign; municipal lots must be fed.

• Trash: Regular residential and business rubbish pickup.

• Landfills: Open.

• Open Markets: Closed.
