"Killer Flood: The Day the Dam Burst," 7 p.m., Pax TV. This has been a year of naughty nature movies on Pax. Characters have been hit by hail, lightning, avalanches, tornadoes and more. Each film is fun in its own way, but this one is surprisingly well-made.
