Tonight's Must-See

"Touched By An Angel," 7 p.m., CBS; concludes tomorrow. "Touched by an Angel" arrived in 1994, a show about a young angel (Roma Downey) and her mentor (Della Reese) trying to save souls. It became a ratings hit. Now, the ninth and final season wraps up with a two-parter today and Sunday.The devil is trying to tear a small town apart; the angels want to save it. Alexis Cruz and Paul Winfield return as Rafael and Sam. Randy Travis is there, plus Patrick Duffy, Patty Duke, Marion Ross, Cloris Leachman, Scott Bairstow and others.

Merrie Monarch Hula Festival, 6 p.m., KITV. In tonight's hula 'auana competition, dancers will perform modern hula. The festival's award ceremony is held at the end of the evening. Broadcast live from Hilo.

Of Note

NFL draft, 6 a.m., ESPN. Today, life evens out. The worst pro football teams draft first, starting with the Cincinnati Bengals and Detroit Lions grabbing, perhaps, quarterback Carson Palmer and wide receiver Charles Rogers, respectively. The first three rounds air today, with the other four tomorrow.

"Hunter," 8 p.m., NBC. The network moves this show to an hour earlier than usual. Tonight, a gas station magnate is using shady practices to expand. Rick Hunter discovers the villain is a dangerous figure from his past.

"The District," 8 p.m., CBS. When a jailed man dies, police brutality is suspected.

"The Agency," 9 p.m., CBS. The CIA faces charges of killing Saudi royalty.

"Nashville Star," 10 p.m., USA Network. The show airs an hour later than usual, this time focusing on duets.

"Saturday Night Live," 10:30 p.m., NBC. Queen Latifah hosts.
