Letter carriers to hold food drive

The National Association of Letter Carriers will conduct its 11th annual food drive May 10 collecting nonperishable food items through the Hawai'i Foodbank.

Last year Hawai'i letter carriers on 750 postal routes collected 319,000 pounds of food in one day. Residents can place a food donation by their mailbox and the letter carrier will pick it up.
