Tonight's Must-See
"The West Wing," 8 p.m., NBC. Last week, Matthew Perry guest starred as a job candidate for White House lawyer. He got the job, but his brief stint ends tonight. The day starts with a seemingly mild press leak. Soon, Perry is discovering key information and the results will reportedly cause aftershocks in the weeks ahead.
"Manor House" conclusion, 8 p.m., PBS. For three months, people relived the conditions of England's Edwardian era (1905-1914). Thirteen servants labored to give five people endless luxury. In tonight's first hour, there's a dinner celebrating colonial prowess. The chef is sick and others must work harder. Meanwhile, the tutor causes a stir with his dinner comments. In the second, the privileged family returns to the real world showing surprising tears and emotions. By comparison, Kenny and Ellen (who met as servants) can't wait to shed restrictions and to shed their clothes while taking over the master bedroom.
