• The next court appearance for Kelley Marie Ferguson, who is charged with two counts of threatening acts of terrorism, is tomorrow. Ferguson lives in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. The date of her next court appearance and her hometown were incorrect in a Local News story posted yesterday.

• The state attorney general's office negotiated a $126,000 settlement with Lex Smith, who had challenged fund-raising limits the state Campaign Spending Commission imposed on Mayor Jeremy Harris during his run for governor. The Legislature agreed to appropriate only $63,000. Information in a Local News story posted yesterday was incorrect.

• Hawai'i does not provide professional licensing for jewelry appraisers. Also, there are a number of jewelers and others in Hawai'i who appraise Ni'ihau shell necklaces. A Local News story posted Monday contained incorrect information about the appraisals.

• Shelton G.W. Jim On, who was not confirmed as a University of Hawai'i regent, passed the Certified Public Accountants exam but is not a licensed CPA. Information in a Local News story posted Saturday was incorrect.
