Husband and wife, HERBERT NOZOMU SAKUDA and ROSELYN KIYOKO SAKUDA, of Elk Grove, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, died June 19 and June 24, respectively. He was born in Honomu, Hawai'i, and was a retired plasterer. She was born in Wahiawa, and was a retired salesperson.
