JUAN SABLAN BORJA SR., 85, of Kane'ohe, died July 26, 2003. Born in Agat, Guam. Retired Pearl Harbor Naval Supply Center systems analyst. ELISABETH "TESS" KARLSSON PETERSON, 79, formerly of Kailua, died Sept. 11, 2002. Born in Hildesheim, Germany. She taught art, German, advance math, English and history at the Academy of the Pacific.
