Weddings

Vincy Chan, daughter of Charles and Delia Chan, and Michael Inouye, son of Herbert and Judith Inouye, were married June 1 at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa, where the reception followed. The bride is now Vincy Inouye and the couple lives in Honolulu.

Gina-Lynn Cusumano, daughter of Stephen and JoAnn Cusumano, and Alan Akira Oda, son of Stuart Oda and Alice Oda, were married March 23 at the 'Iolani Palace. The bride (St. Francis School/UH-Manoa), formerly of Kane'ohe, now Gina-Lynn Oda, is a real estate agent. The groom (Waiakea High/University of San Francisco), formerly of Hilo, is an insurance agent. The couple lives in Phoenix.

Jean Pettigrew, daughter of Ann Hastings Pettigrew of Lahaina, Maui, and John-Paul Prentice Whelan, son of Gail A. Whelan of Atherton, Calif., and the late John Degnan Whelan, were married June 7 at Stanford Memorial Church in Stanford, Calif. The reception was held at the home of the groom's mother. The bride ('86 Cate School/'90 Rhode Island School of Design), formerly of Hale'iwa, now Jean Pettigrew Whelan, is a student at the San Francisco Art Institute. The groom ('85 Menlo School/ '89 Stanford University bachelor's, '90 master's) is an investment banker. The couple lives in San Francisco.
