STAGE/SCREEN

WINDWARD COMMUNITY COLLEGE auditions for the musical "My Fair Lady," which opens Oct. 23 and runs each weekend through Nov. 16. Bring sheet music for a song from any show and be prepared to cold read from the script. Auditions 6 p.m. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at Paliku Theatre, Windward Community College. 235-7330.

Kumu Kahua Theatre holds auditions for two Asian males, early 30s to early 40s, and three Asian females, early 20s to early 40s, for the October production of Edward Sakamoto's "Obake," noon-3 p.m. Aug. 23 and 6-9 p.m. Aug. 24, Kumu Kahua Theatre. Call for additional requirements: 536-4222.

MUSIC/DANCE

Honolulu Symphony Chorus auditions for the 2003/2004 season which will include Brahms' German Requiem, Beethoven's Ninth Symphony and Carl Orff's Carmina Burana. PAGEANTS/MODELING

Cherry Blossom Festival of Honolulu is accepting applications for next year's queen contest to be held in March. Applicants must be of at least 50 percent Japanese ancestry, U.S. citizens and Hawai'i residents, between the ages of 19 and 26 and able to participate in pre-pageant classes and appearances. V International Productions seeks contestants for the Nov. 29 competition for Little Miss (ages 4-8), Junior Miss Glamour Hawaii (ages 9-12), Miss Teen (ages 13-17), Miss Cover Girl (ages 18-29), Male Cover Model (ages 16-29), Miss Petite Teen (ages 13-17), Ms. Petite Hawaii USA (ages 18-30) and Miss VIP, a preliminary to the Miss Hawaii competition, (ages 17-24).
