Tonight's Must-See

"Will & Grace" (8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.), "Queer Eye For The Straight Guy" (9 p.m.) and "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (10:35), all NBC. NBC has found fresh ways to please gay and straight viewers. It's done that for years with "Will & Grace." Now cable's Bravo channel (owned by NBC) has "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy," in which five gay men — experts on fashion, food and more — make over one straight guy. The guys (especially fashion expert Carson Kressley) show great wit and the show offers an affection for both sides. Now comes a sort of marathon, barring more changes from the network. The current plan reruns the 100th episode of "Will & Grace" at 8 p.m., followed by clips. It's a funny tale, with Katie Couric nudging Grace and Leo to a wedding. At 9 p.m. (ousting a "Boomtown" rerun) is a "Queer Eye" show that previously aired on Bravo. This involves a self-styled "urban cowboy" from New Jersey who wants a makeover before his wedding proposal. And at 10:35 p.m., the "Queer Eye" guys will be on "Tonight." They plan to give Jay Leno a makeover, returning Friday with the results.

Of Note

"Latin Kings: A Street Gang Story," 6:30 p.m., HBO. Going by the name King Tone, Antonio Fernandez led a New York gang, the Latin Kings. After he was arrested, he said he was going to make the Kings a law-abiding group. Officials were skeptical, but this documentary takes a look.

Football, 7 p.m., Fox. This preseason game has Oakland at San Francisco.

"Valentine" (2001), 7 p.m., WB. Four beauties get anonymous valentines. Then someone starts murdering them. The movie — trimmed drastically to fit a two-hour slot — has lots of pretty people in peril. The cast includes Denise Richards, David Boreanaz, Jessica Capshaw, Katherine Heigl and more.

"Friends," 7 p.m., NBC. In a funny rerun, the friends buy lottery tickets and scheme what they'll do with the winnings. Meanwhile, Chandler fidgets, waiting for a call that might bring him a paying job.

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," 8 p.m., CBS. In the midst of a little-people convention, one of the people has died. It looks like suicide, in this rerun, but Grissom feels it was murder.

"Without a Trace," 9 p.m., CBS. An assistant district attorney's child has disappeared in a park.
