Hale'iwa 15-K on Sunday
The Mid-Pacific Road Runners Club's Marathon Readiness Series begins Sunday with the Hale'iwa 15-K, which starts at 7:30 a.m. at Kaiaka Bay State Park.
The series of five events helps prepare athletes for the Dec. 14 Honolulu Marathon.
Packet pickup is at the Running Room on Kapahulu Avenue from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow.

• Tomorrow — Da 6 Pak Bushwackers Traditional Archery Tournament. At Pu'u O Kapolei Archery Range, 9 a.m. Recurves and longbows only. No sights allowed and no string walking.
