Ongoing — Yo-Golf Series, every Sunday from 4:30-6 p.m., conducted by Kiyoko Sieradzki, LPGA teaching professional, at Aloha Academy of Golf at Ko'olau. Classes combine yoga and golf and are designed to condition, sharpen mental focus, relax and enhance enjoyment. Using yoga poses and techniques, golfers can increase flexibility, balance and strength. Open to women and men. Cost is $15 per session or $48 for a series. Tomorrow — Deadline for the St. Francis Golf Healthy Challenge 2003 on Sept. 11 with a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start at the Hawai'i Prince Golf Course. Format: Three flights, three-person team, one best ball on all par-4 holes and two bestball on par-3s and par-5s. Entry fee: $450 per team. Information: 547-6877.
