SANDY KAHANAMOKU, 64, nephew of Duke Kahanamoku, died July 21, 2003. An accomplished waterman and outrigger canoe leader; co-founder and coach of the Marina Del Rey Outrigger Club and president of the Kalifornia Outrigger Association. Survived by sons, Cameron, Makoa and Mark; daughters, Julia, Kiana and Allison; sister, Jacquie Hustace; and grandchildren. Service 5 p.m. Tuesday in Waikiki on the beach fronting Duke's at the Outrigger Hotel. Service also 4 p.m. Thursday at Keauhou Bay, Hawai'i.
