• Daniel de Castro is spokesman for the Salvation Army. His name was misspelled in a Page One story yesterday.

• The photo of Duke Kahanamoku on Page E1 yesterday was taken by Clarence Maki.

• A comparison of oat cakes on Page F3 in the Taste Section Wednesday should have made it clear that a single Starbucks oat cake, at 7 ounces, is considered to be two servings. On this basis, a single serving of Starbucks' oat cakes has 275 calories, 8 grams of protein, 48 grams of carbohydrate and 3 grams of fat. Balance Protein Oat Cakes have 190 calories, 12 grams of protein, 25 grams of carbohydrate and 4.5 grams of fat.

• Eva Betita is consul at the Philippines Consulate in Hawai'i. Her title was incorrect in a Page B1 story yesterday.

• The budget for "Blood of the Samurai: The Series" is between $100,000 and $150,000 for all six episodes. An incorrect figure was given in a story on Page E1 yesterday. Titus Chong is script supervisor for the project. His name was misspelled on Page E5.

• Brayden Mohica-Cummings, who won a court order to attend Kamehameha Schools, is 12. His age was incorrect in stories on Page One yesterday and Wednesday.
