SPORTS TODAY

Football

  • High school preseason, Father Bray Classic at Aloha Stadium: Pac-Five vs. Kaimuki, 2 p.m.; Baldwin vs. Farrington, 4:45 p.m.; Iolani vs. McKinley, 7:30 p.m. Varsity only games: Waimea at Hawai'i Prep, 2 p.m.; Kapa'a at Waialua, 7 p.m.; Konawaena vs. Maui, 7 p.m. at War Memorial Stadium; Moanalua vs. Waiakea, 7 p.m. at Wong Stadium. Varsity/JV games: Leilehua at Radford, JV game starts at 5 p.m., varsity to start at approximately 7:30 p.m. At Kamehameha, McKinley vs. Kamehameha, 5 p.m. (JV); Kealakehe vs. Kamehameha, 7:30 p.m. (varsity).

Paddling

  • O'ahu Long Distance Race, Kailua Bay Iron Challenge, 8:30 a.m. at Kailua Beach.

Volleyball

  • College women, State Farm Classic, Florida vs. Kansas State, 5 p.m.; Southern Cal vs. Hawai'i, 7 p.m. Matches at Stan Sheriff Center. Admission is $16 (lower level); $13 (upper); $9 (senior citizens); $6 students 4-older. Parking is $3.
  • High school boys, Kamehameha Invitational, pool play at 8 a.m.; finals bracket at 1 p.m. at Kekuhaupi'o gym on Kamehameha Schools campus.

SPORTS TOMORROW

Bowling

  • Hawai'i TV Bowling, Open Doubles, qualifying, 9 a.m.; TV taping, 12:30 p.m. at 'Aiea Bowl. No admission charge.

Paddling

  • O'ahu Long Distance Race, Dad Center Race, 8:30 a.m. from Kailua Beach to Outrigger Canoe Club.

Polo

  • Honolulu Polo Club, 2:30 p.m. at the Honolulu Polo Club in Waimanalo. Admission is $3; ages 12-younger admitted free.
