FRANCIS YAU YEN CHUN, 73, of Honolulu, died Aug. 15, 2003. Born in Honolulu. Retired president of D.F. Builder Corp. Survived by wife, Juliette; sons, Ronald, Jeffrey and Kammy; daughter, Julianne; brothers, Herbert and Henry; sisters, Madeline Lum, Aileen Cobb-Adams and Betty Hutchison; seven grandchildren. VIDAL GOMEZ, 66, of Waipahu, died Aug. 18, 2003. Born in Sinait, Sur, Philippines. Retired BMY Builder Co. mason. Survived by sons, Ricky Torres, Ben, Jon, Dennis and Vidal Jr.; daughters, Maria Lopes, Lita Torres and Christine Foster; brother, Lorito; sisters, Connie Laporga, Nita, Essie Opiana-Lee, Terry Valdez and Angie; 17 grandchildren. FRED MANASAS JR., 64, of Kailua, Kona, Hawai'i, died Aug. 20, 2003. Born in Honolulu. Retired Hawaiian Electric Co. electrical inspector. Survived by wife, Beatrice; son, Curtis; daughters, Lorrie Manasas-Liu and Monica Fo; father, Fred Sr.; mother, Nancy; brother, Randall; sister, Cassie Kawahara; four grandchildren.
