Ongoing — Yo-Golf Series, every Sunday from 4:30-6 p.m., conducted by Kiyoko Sieradzki, LPGA teaching professional, at Aloha Academy of Golf at Ko'olau. Classes combine yoga and golf and are designed to condition, sharpen mental focus, relax and enhance enjoyment. Using yoga techniques, golfers can increase flexibility, balance and strength.
