ROBERT "RUDY GONZALES" T. BEHRENS, 67, of Maunaloa, Moloka'i, died Aug. 27, 2003. Born in Spokane, Wash. A retired designer/builder of homes. NANCY CONKLIN, 83, of Kailua, died Aug. 21, 2003. Born in Long Island, N.Y. A WASP during World War II and holder of a masters degree in library science from the University of Hawai'i who worked at the UH library. TALALELEI "LEI" MALIATOA FONOIMOANA, 86, of Kahuku, died Aug. 22, 2003. Born in Sauniatu, Upolu, Western Samoa. Retired heavy equipment operator for the federal government.
