SYLVIA LUANA MAHEALANI CASH, 59, of Nanakuli, died Aug. 28, 2003. A retired educational assistant at Nanaikapono Elementary School. HAPPY GEORGE CROWDER, 74, of Kane'ohe, died Aug. 27, 2003. Born in Kahalu'u. A fire captain retired from the Honolulu Fire Department. Survived by wife, Carolyn; sons, George, Joseph and Malcolm; daughters, Audreen Williams and Carolyn Crowder; eight grandchildren; brothers, Joseph and Bertram; sisters, Margaret Freitas, Elvina Alexander and Gladys Crowder. RODRIGO JUAN DADIS, 68, of Hono-lulu, died Aug. 25, 2003. Born in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. A groundskeeper for Shriners Hospital. BRUNHILDA "HILDA" GONZALEZ, 69, of Mountain View, Hawai'i, died Aug. 12, 2003. Born in Quebradilla, Puerto Rico. A longtime employee of Mountain View Bakery. HILDA TOSHIKO ICHIOKA, 93, of Ho-nolulu, died Aug. 14, 2003. Born in Wakayama, Japan. A retired, self employed barber dba Dillingham Barber Shop. LAWRENCE ENOS INDIE, 84, of Wai'anae, died Aug. 21, 2003. Born in Honolulu. A longtime member of the Hawaii Carpenters Union.
