Survived by husband, Bonifacio; sons, Clifford and William; daughters, Bonnie Toki, Jacqueline Cantero and Donna Hatico; brothers, Arthur, Pablo, Esteban and Richard Bibilone; sister, Flo Tabucol; 16 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. BONIFACIO DUGAY, 74, of 'Aiea, died Nov. 19, 2003. Born in Pu'unene, Maui. Retired from Hawaiian Telephone Co. CHARLES WAYNE WHITE JR., 66, of Kamuela, Hawai'i, died Nov. 27, 2003. Born in Honolulu. A macadamia nut farm owner, merchant mariner, and aku boat fisherman. Survived by wife, Wanda; son, Charlie "Cappy"; daughters, Wanda "Sista" Kim and D. Kimiko; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson; sister, Charlene Naone.
