The University of Hawai'i swept Idaho, 30-24, 30-20, 30-21, tonight in a first-round match of the NCAA Tournament at the Stan Sheriff center.
Hawai'i (33-1) will play Brigham Young tonorrow night at 7.
The Cougars (24-8) swept New Mexico State 30-17, 30-17, 30-27.
Kim Willoughby led the Wahine with 21 kills. Lily Kahumoku and Lauren Duggins had 13 kills apiece.
Idaho finished its season with a 19-11 record.
Carrie Bowers led BYU with 12 kills and a .478 hitting percentage. Lexi Brown added 11 kills, four blocks and a .588 hitting percentage, while Uila Crabbe had 16 digs.
Stevi Adams led the Aggies (30-5) with nine kills. Abby Stines added seven kills and a match-high six blocks.
