Tonight's must see
"Joan of Arcadia," 7 p.m., CBS. This excellent new series is at its best when focusing on Joan Girardi (Amber Tamblyn), the sweet teen who gets messages from God. Meanwhile, the mom (Mary Steenburgen) has mixed reactions when a home test says she's pregnant.
