3 Rainbow Wahine named regional all-stars

Three members of the University of Hawai'i women’s volleyball team have been named to NCAA Division I West Region all-star team, the American Volleyball Coaches Association announced today.Seniors outside hitters Kim Willoughby and Lily Kahumoku were selected for the third time, and freshman setter Kanoe Kamana'o was selected for the first time. Kamana'o also was named the region’s freshman of the year.
Lauren Duggins, who was all West Region last year, was an honorable mention pick this year.
Rainbow Wahine Coach Dave Shoji was named the regional coach of the year for the sixth time.
