Police seized 12 grams of crystal methamphetamine and two digital scales Friday in a raid at 2448 Nalanieha St. in Kalihi.

The raid occurred at 7:45 a.m. Narcotics/vice investigations Capt. Kevin Lima said the narcotic has a street value of $3,600.

Small amounts of cocaine and prescription pills also were found in the home. Police seized a 1983 Chevrolet pickup truck for forfeiture, Lima said.

Two men, 33 and 53, were arrested on suspicion of dealing illegal drugs.

The younger man was booked on suspicion of second- and third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, and for possession of drug paraphernalia (scales and a smoking pipe). He is the registered owner of the pickup truck that was seized.

The older man was booked on suspicion of third-degree promotion of a harmful drug related to the prescription pills and on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Both were released but may be indicted.
