Motor Racing

• Jan. 3-4— Memo Karting Clinic. Champ/Indy Car driver Memo Gidley will hold his annual event at Hawai'i Raceway Park from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. Juniors, ages 8 to 16, are on Saturday, and advanced drivers, 18 and up, are scheduled for Sunday. • Ongoing — Free jogging clinic. The Department of Parks and Recreation will be sponsoring two clinics, staffed by experienced runners, on Sundays. The Marathon Training Jogging Clinic will meet at 7:30 a.m. at Paki Hale in Kapi'olani Park. The Central O'ahu Jogging Clinic will meet in odd months at Wahiawa District Park at 6:30 a.m. and at Mililani Mauka Elementary School at 6 a.m. on even months.
