Weekly Thoughts
Forgiveness is essential to our health of mind and body. Friendships are often ruined by lack of forgiveness. Forgiveness can mean peace and happiness. To forgive is to live. It behooves all of us to fill our minds with positive thoughts of happiness, cheerfulness, optimism and good health, to shun negative thoughts of fear, worry, pessimism and sorrow. A positive mental attitude leads to achievement and happiness.
