FELIX PRUDENCIO CRUZ, 81, of Pahala, Hawai'i, died Dec. 10, 2003. Born in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. A heavy equipment operator retired from Ka'u Agribusiness Sugar Co.; vice chairman, union organizer and delegate representative for the ILWU.
