USC No. 1 in final poll; UH is No. 3

The University of Hawai'i women's volleyball team finished third in the final American Volleyball Coaches Association poll yesterday.

Two-time unbeaten national champion Southern California (35-0) finished first, followed by Florida (36-2), Hawai'i (36-2) and Minnesota (26-11).

USC beat Florida for the national title after the Gators ousted UH in the semifinals.
