Cockheran, Peters invited to Hula Bowl Maui

Former University of Hawai'i football players Jeremiah Cockheran and Hyrum Peters have been invited to participate in the Hula Bowl Maui on Jan. 17 at the War Memorial Stadium.Cockheran, of Fontana, Calif., started at right wide receiver for two years after transferring from Chaffey College in California.
Peters, the starting strong safety, is a 1999 graduate of Kahuku High.
Both were team co-captains of the 2003 UH team, which finished 9-5.
