A little pot potpourri for that kitchen stink

To mask kitchen smells such as cooking fish or cabbage, simmer liquid (such as apple cider, orange juice or opened wine that has been sitting in the refrigerator) along with some aromatics (such as orange zest, cinnamon sticks, cloves or star anise).
