More honors for Willoughby

Hawai'i outside hitter Kim Willoughby was named to the College Sports Television Women's Volleyball All-America first team.

Willoughby, the American Volleyball Coaches Association's National Player of the Year, finished her UH career earlier this month when the Rainbow Wahine lost to Florida in the NCAA semifinals.

Hawai'i freshman setter Kanoe Kamana'o was named to CSTV's second team.

Others on the first team were USC's Emily Adams, Toni Anderson and Bibiana Candelas, Georgia Tech's Kele Eveland, Florida's Aury Cruz and Minnesota's Paula Gentil.

CSTV featured a women's volleyball match every Sunday during the season.



TENNIS

• Exhibitions at Waikoloa: U.S. Davis Cup players Mardy Fish and Bob and Mike Bryan will take part in free exhibition matches today and Sunday at Hilton Waikoloa Village's Kohala Tennis garden.

The Bryan brothers won the French Open this year and are the world's top-ranked doubles team. They will play in an exhibition doubles match this morning, following a free 9 a.m. kids clinic.

Sunday, following another 9 a.m. clinic, Fish will play a singles exhibition. He is currently ranked 20th in the world.

The Hilton Waikoloa Village USTA Men's and Women's Challenger tournaments will be Jan. 26 to Feb. 1. For information on any of the tennis events, call (808) 886-2222.
