Shows to open at Art House

"Stealing the Fire," a film featured at this year's Human Rights Watch Film Festival, and "The Power of Truth: According to the Dalai Lama" will open Friday at the Art House at Restaurant Row.

Directed by Eric Nadler and John Friedman, "Stealing the Fire" focuses on Karl-Heinz Schaab, a German technician convicted of treason in 1999 for selling top secret nuclear weapons plans to Iraq. The film exposes a web of government and corporate intrigue.

The Dalai Lama documentary, directed by Irene Greve, tells of his message of non-violence.
