UH men's basketball to play Kent State in 'Bracket Busters'

The University of Hawai'i men's basketball team will play at Kent State in ESPN's Bracket Busters on Feb. 22.The pairings for the inaugural event were announced tonight on ESPN2's College Gamenight. Hawai'i is one of 18 so-called "mid-major" teams participating in the one-day event.
Hawai'i, which is 13-5 overall this season, has never played at Kent State.
The Golden Flashes are 15-2 this season and currently on a six-game winning streak. They were 30-6 last season and advanced to the "Elite Eight" of the NCAA Championship Tournament.
