Newlyweds

Tammie A. Keohokapu, daughter of the late Alexander A. Keohokapu and the late Elizabeth A. Keohokapu, and Charleston W.K. Whitford, son of William Whitford Jr. and Mildred T. Whitford of Mililani, were married Nov. 1 at Halekauwila Plaza. The bride (1975 Farrington High), formerly of Kalihi, is now Tammie A.K. Whitford. The Whitfords' daughter is Charla A.K. Whitford, 19. The groom, formerly of Liliha, and bride live in Nanakuli.

Nancy Jan Long, daughter of Tom and May Long of Los Angeles, and John Yukio Usui, son of Elaine and Paul Usui of Honolulu, were married July 6 in Buena Park, Calif. The reception followed there. Another reception was held Sept. 21 at Pagoda Restaurant. The bride (University of California-Los Angeles bachelor's), now Nancy Usui, formerly of Los Angeles, is a public relations account executive. The groom graduated from the University of Hawai'i-Manoa with a bachelor's degree. They live in Honolulu.

Zylda Maria Serrano, daughter of Benjamin and Pacita Serrano of Kapolei, and Brian James Ashak, son of George and Lolita Ashak of Makakilo, were married July 28 at the Hale Koa Hotel. The reception followed at the hotel. The bride, now Zylda Serrano Ashak, and the groom live in Kapolei.
