• Chloe is a calm, gentle family dog. A maremma sheepdog, she is active by nature and a herder. About 3 years old, she has a beautiful white coat of medium-length hair. She enjoys affection and gets along with other dogs.

• Tag No. 14372
• This 6-year-old female cat qualifies for the Seniors for Seniors program that offers no-fee adoption to a person age 60 or older. Lani is mostly white with patches of black and gray, a perfect coat for petting. Visit Lani in Room 4 at the Cat House.

FOUND

• Tag No. 24075
• This 1-year-old female spaniel mix is called Bonita, but she could have another name. She was found Jan. 25 and remains unclaimed at the Humane Society. If you have lost this lovable red-brown dog, please visit the shelter to claim her.

These particular animals already may have found new homes. Please visit to see all the wonderful pets in person. The Hawaiian Humane Society at 2700 Wai'alae Avenue is open Monday-Friday from noon to 8 p.m., weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The incoming-animals area is open 24 hours a day.
