A mime covered from head to toe in newspapers sat quietly on his own newspaper bench recently, waiting for pedestrians on Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki to fill his jar with dollar bills. He promptly left the area when he saw that several photographers were taking pictures of him without contributing to his jar.
