Tonight's Must-See

"Star Search" finale, 7 p.m., CBS. The show's quick run — five weeks, nine episodes — ends tonight with $100,000 being given in each of four categories. Those are for singer, junior singer, comedian and model. Viewers get to vote, with results announced tonight.

Of Note

"NTSB: The Crash of Flight 323," 7 p.m., ABC. Mandy Patinkin plays a crash investigator for the National Transportation Safety Board.

"Friends," 7 p.m., NBC. Joey and Phoebe scheme to get Ross and Rachel back together by sending each on really bad blind dates.

"Scrubs," 7:30 p.m., NBC. Last week's episode introduced Rick Schroder as a nurse who'll stick around for several episodes. He promptly began an affair with one of the doctors, Elliot (Sarah Chalke). Tonight, things get tense.

"Will & Grace," 8 p.m., NBC. Minnie Driver shows up for a fun notion. She plays an outgoing sort who wants Karen's ex-husband. She also instantly impresses Jack.

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," 8 p.m., CBS. Catherine tracks a sexual predator.

"The Surreal Life," 9 p.m., WB. The mismatched roommates are supposed to find an instant date for former "Baywatch" beauty Brande Roderick.

"ER," 9 p.m., NBC. Previously, we met Abby's brother, who showed signs of developing schizophrenia. Tonight, his plane disappears over the Great Lakes.
