• Rob Fukuzaki, a former Hawai'i TV anchor, remains the sports anchor at KABC-TV in Los Angeles, where he took over the weekday anchor spot last fall. He's been with the station for the past eight years. Because of a reporter's error, he was mistaken in an Island Life story posted on Thursday for Ross Shimabuku, another former local anchor, who has been named weekend sports anchor at KTVK-TV, an independent station in Phoenix.
