"Notting Hill" (1999), 7:30 p.m., ABC. Julia Roberts plays an American movie star, bright and beautiful. Hugh Grant plays a handsome Englishman, socially clumsy in a charming sort of way. Hounded by fans, she hides with a bookshop owner in an arty London neighborhood, where eventually the pair fall in love.
Of Note
"Touched By an Angel," 7 p.m., CBS. Here is the 200th episode for the series, which ends in May. Lesley Ann Warren plays a former angel who became mortal, then became disenchanted with that idea.
"Charlie Brown Valentine," 7 p.m., ABC. In this newest "Peanuts" cartoon, which premiered last year, Charlie Brown finally gets a Valentine.
"The District," 8 p.m., CBS. Lee Ann Womack plays a country music star, which she is. Debreno becomes her bodyguard.
"Saturday Night Live," 10:35 p.m., NBC. Jennifer Garner of "Alias" and "Daredevil" hosts; Beck is the musical guest.
