Tonight's Must-See

"Everybody Loves Raymond," 8 p.m., CBS. Two weeks ago, Robert was finally ready to propose to Amy. First, he politely asked permission of her parents, played by Fred Willard and the delightful Georgia Engel. They served cookies, listened quietly and said no. The situation wasn't helped any when her brother explained that Amy had lost her virginity to Robert. Tonight, the parents arrive to take Amy back home. They promptly meet Robert and his odd parents, plus Ray and Debra. With "Raymond" at a high point lately, this should be good.

Of Note

"Joe Millionaire," 7 p.m., FOX. After upsetting viewers last week by not airing the finale, viewers tonight will finally get the goods. The pseudo-millionaire chooses one of the two remaining women. He must confess that he's been lying about being rich. He then discovers if she'll have him anyway.

"King of Queens," 7 p.m., CBS. Doug and Carrie savor a tropical vacation. Then her dad phones with news about their house.

"She's All That" (1999), 8 p.m., USA Network. A popular teen (Freddie Prince Jr.) bets his friends he can turn an artsy wallflower (Rachael Leigh Cook) into a prom queen.

"The Practice," 8 p.m., ABC. Bobby has a client who was wrongfully imprisoned for 15 years.

"Third Watch," 8 p.m., NBC. Cruz and Bosco try to keep their romance secret. Doc learns that his young girlfriend's dad sharply disapproves of the relationship. Meanwhile, Sully descends deeper into his alcoholic stupor and is then mugged. And false distress calls bedevil the police.

"Dateline: Michael Jackson Unmasked," 9 p.m., NBC. Before ABC scored big with its recent Jackson special, NBC had announced this documentary, which network president Jeff Zucker calls "an hour on Michael Jackson's face."
